ANTOVELLE is operated by Anthony Costa Sofocleous in Cyprus and works with selected suppliers and fulfilment partners, including suppliers available through Syncee.
Depending on the product, an order may be processed or dispatched from Cyprus, elsewhere in Europe, or another supported international location.
1. WHERE WE SHIP
ANTOVELLE is intended to serve customers in Cyprus, the European Union and other supported international destinations.
Shipping availability depends on the individual product, supplier and destination. Any delivery restrictions applicable to your order will be shown before purchase where relevant.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-made products and personalised or made-to-order products may have different processing times.
Where a specific processing or production period applies to a product, this information will be displayed on the product page or otherwise communicated before purchase.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on the product, supplier, destination and delivery service.
Where a specific delivery period is displayed or agreed with you, that timeframe applies.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, ANTOVELLE will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges may vary according to destination, supplier, parcel size or value and the delivery service selected.
No mandatory shipping charge collected by ANTOVELLE will be added after checkout without your agreement.
5. MULTIPLE PARCELS
ANTOVELLE works with more than one approved supplier and fulfilment partner.
Products from the same order may therefore be dispatched separately and may arrive in more than one parcel.
You will not be charged an undisclosed additional shipping fee merely because ANTOVELLE fulfils an order in multiple parcels.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking information is provided by the supplier or carrier, ANTOVELLE will make it available through Shopify, email or another appropriate order notification.
Different parcels from the same order may have different tracking numbers.
7. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Certain international orders may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes or duties depending on the product's dispatch location and delivery destination.
Where ANTOVELLE collects such charges at checkout, they will be shown before payment.
Where charges are legally payable separately by the recipient, the applicable treatment will be disclosed where reasonably determinable before purchase.
ANTOVELLE reviews applicable fulfilment and customs arrangements before enabling relevant international delivery routes.
8. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at antoniscisco@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
9. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact:

Include your order number so we can investigate with the relevant supplier or carrier.
Where ANTOVELLE or an approved fulfilment partner arranged the carrier, ANTOVELLE remains responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.
10. DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where useful.
Your rights regarding damaged, faulty or non-conforming goods are described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
