2. Using the store
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, colours and other characteristics accurately. Images may appear differently depending on lighting and device displays, and natural stones, pearls or handcrafted items can have reasonable variations. Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
4. Prices and charges
The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order, together with any delivery, tax, duty or other charge that is required to be disclosed and collected at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error before an order has been accepted or dispatched, we may contact you to correct or cancel the order and refund any amount paid, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Orders and payment
By submitting an order you offer to purchase the selected products using the payment method shown at checkout. We may perform reasonable fraud, payment and availability checks. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item or order as required.
6. Fulfilment
ANTOVELLE uses approved third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, including suppliers available through Syncee. Products may ship from different locations or in separate parcels. ANTOVELLE remains your seller and remains responsible for its obligations under applicable consumer law.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, restrictions, estimated times and applicable charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy and, where relevant, shown before purchase.
8. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods
Eligible consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions including certain clearly personalised or made-to-specification goods. Faulty or non-conforming goods are covered by applicable statutory guarantees. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy.
9. Personalised products
Where you order engraving, names, initials, custom sizing or another form of personalisation, you are responsible for checking the information you submit. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the ANTOVELLE name, original store copy, branding and design elements are owned by or licensed to ANTOVELLE and may not be copied or exploited commercially without permission. Product images and supplier materials may remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer right. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses arising from misuse of the website or products.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to a purchase are those made available when the relevant order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of habitual residence.
